Sudden hair loss

I cant understand I had a head full of hair just one year back and then all of a sudden I started loosing hair in bunches. I tried numerous hair tonics and miracle oils and therepies nothing workedon my hair loss. I am now fully out of hairs what to do what not to do there are always numerous suggestions from friends and peoples I know. I am toally at loss I visited some hair-care clincs too but no effects so far.~~~~~

Does somebody has a sure shot way of helping me regain my hairs...I am still young men. Please help???????
