growing thick hair

Well i'm a guy and i have quite thick hair which is pretty annoying. I want
to grow my hair long but its pretty thick, is there any way of growing my
hair long. At the moment it grows to around the middle of my ears, but thats not all over thats just on the side and the rest is like bobbing out around the top and really thick looking and it dosn't all grow down. Is there anything you can get to get your hair
less thick?

you can have it thinned and texturized
i too have super thick,wavy hair and when it starts to thicken up again I use texturizing shears to control it

please tell me is there anything that makes thick wavy hair more wavy or curly?

you can chemically relaxed it to reduce curls
And
you can use mousse to add definition to curls
