roof's price??

Does anyone know how much a transperate top costs if you purchase it alone? Also any idea how much a solid top is and if it comes painted or not? I am trying to determine what to do as my order will be going in soon.

It varies from dealer to dealer or accessory seller. Transparent roof is usually about $900 to $1200

Fred Beans parts,usually the lowest prices for GM parts, lists the transparent top for $1,232.00. They list the "painted" top for $460.79, but that would be unpainted and it is not clear if that is the entire assembly, or just the top "skin".
