Bath Tips
Put some fresh ginger in boiling hot water for half an hour. This bath soothes joints and leave you strain free.
Oil your body before going to bath. Scrub with soap as it takes away more dead skin than normally.
Mix two tablespoons of shampoo, one of oil (olive, for instance) and a few drops of your favorite perfume in a bottle. Shake well and pour into your bath water. The shampoo will break the oil into millions of fine oil globules that grip to your open pores as you leave your bath. This is excellent for dry skin.
Use tepid water when taking aroma bath. Excess hot water will cause volatile oils to evaporate quickly.
Dry armpits before applying deodorant as wet skin gives rise to bacteria.
With thanks;
Jennifer.
